*Blackberry Cobbler*

Ingredients

°Shortcrust pastry or puff pastry
°400g blackberries
°100 g caster sugar or caster sugar
°1 whole egg
°200 ml liquid cream

Methods:

On a base of shortcrust pastry or puff pastry, place the fresh or frozen blackberries.

Beat an egg with sugar, then mix with the liquid cream.

Add everything to the blackberries and cook in a hot oven th 7 for 25 to 30 minutes, watch the cooking.
