Savory ham and cheese cake: easy, quick and delicious
170ml milk 120ml
vegetable oil 300 g
16g baking powder
40 g parmesan
1. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Then add milk, vegetable oil and flour.
2. Mix and add baking powder.
3. When the mixture is well mixed, you can add the ham, salami and cheese.
4. Pour the mixture into a mold (24 or 26 cm) and bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
