the ingredients :

⦁ 3 eggs
⦁ vanilla
⦁ 2/3 cup sugar
⦁ 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
⦁ 2 cups chopped carrots
⦁ 3/4 cup white flour
⦁ 1 teaspoon baking powder
⦁ 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
⦁ 1/4 teaspoon ginger and nutmeg powder


⦁ 200 grams of spreadable white cheese
⦁ 2 cups powdered sugar
⦁ ° vanilla
⦁ 60g butter at room temperature

  steps : 

1. We heat the oven to 180 degrees

2. Mix the flour, baking powder, and spices well, then add the carrots, mix and set aside.

3. Beat eggs, vanilla, and sugar well until the mixture doubles and the color fades

4. Add the oil and mix a little

5. Add the flour mixture, stirring gently with an egg beater

6. Spread the mixture on a greased baking tray with a frying pan of about 20 cm x 40 cm

7. Put it in the oven for 10 minutes and 12 minutes

8. We take it out of the oven and immediately put it on a slightly damp cloth and start wrapping it with the cloth, then put it in the fridge to cool completely

9. To prepare the cream: Beat the cheese, butter, vanilla, and sugar until well combined, then put in the refrigerator until it cools and freezes a little.

10. We take out the wrapped cake from the refrigerator spread it carefully start putting a light layer of cream as in the picture and leave the end of the cake without grease

11. We re-wrap the cake as it was, carefully and not pulling it to keep the cream inside, then put it in the refrigerator for two hours and serve it after sprinkling the powdered sugar on the face
