°1 c pecans, chop
°7 tablespoons butter, unsalted
°1/3 cup granulated sugar
°1 cup brown sugar
°1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
°2 cups all-purpose flour
°1/2 tsp. baking soda
°a pinch salt
°Pecan for top of each cookie
Be sure to preheat your oven to 350º and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
& beat butter, sugar / brown sugar with an electric mixer to light and creamy.
& adding eggs, vanilla extract & beat for other 2 min. Directly add flour, baking soda, salt / mix until just mixed
When finished, drop balls using a medium cookie scoop onto prepared baking sheets and top with a pecan half on top of each cookie. Baking to golden brown, for 10 to 15 min. Finally, cool cookies on wire rack.
