Crock Pot Broccoli-Cheddar Potato Soup is thick, creamy, and cheesy. This crock-pot soup recipe is simple & gluten-free, too!
Ingredients :
- 32 ounces frozen broccoli (fresh doesn’t stand up well)
- 2 potatoes, sliced
- 1 box chicken cream
- 1 can of cream of mushrooms
- 1 small onion cut into slices
- 2 garlic cloves, minced (1.5 tsp)
- 1 can (14 oz) chicken broth
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1 piece Velveta cheese
- 1 teaspoon flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make it :
Peel the potatoes, chop the garlic, cut the onions into thin slices, and throw them all into the crock with everything else. Simmer on high heat for 4-5 h or To potatoes // broccoli are tasteful.
