Ingredients :
- 1-pound lean ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 tube refrigerated Pillsbury pizza dough
- 5 Colby jack cheese sticks cut in half
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dry parsley
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare your oven and preheat it to 215 degrees Celsius or 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Apply cooking spray to a large baking sheet.
Step 3: Place the pan on the stove and turn on medium heat.
Step 4: Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
Step 5: Remove excess fat and add taco seasoning. Stir until well combined.
Step 6: Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
Step 7: Place the pizza dough on a flat surface. Cut into 5 rectangles and 10 equal triangles.
Step 8: Place the tacos in the middle of the dough and place the Colby Jack cheese stick on top. Repeat this method until all the dough is full.
Step 9: Roll out each dough to make a breadstick.
Step 10: Place the taco sticks on a greased baking sheet.
Step 11: Add the garlic powder, oil, and dried parsley to a small bowl. Stir until well combined, then brush the top of each breadstick.
Step 12: Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 13: Take out of the oven and serve immediately.
