- 1 chicken cut into pieces
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons garlic pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- olive oil
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees:
In a baking dish, mix flour, garlic, pepper, sugar, and paprika together.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the curd, eggs, baking powder, and baking soda until smooth.
Dip each piece of chicken in the curd mixture, discarding the excess.
Dip in the flour mixture, then dip again in the milk and flour mixture.
Put it in a baking dish and sprinkle it with olive oil.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown.
