- 250 grams of flour
- 4 apples
- 3/4 of oil (peanut or sunflower for frying)
- 2 eggs
- 20 cl of milk
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1 bag of chemical yeast
- 2 c of oil
- 1 pinch of salt
Place flour, yeast and pinch of salt in a salad bowl, mix.
Add eggs and 2 c to oil.
Mix by adding milk little by little to get a smooth dough not too liquid.
Peel the apples, cut them into puffs and place them in a dish.
Sprinkle the vanilla sugar apples.
Put a pan on fire with frying oil and heat it up.
Dip the apple pieces into the batter and then into the hot oil (mind the oil temperature, the donuts should cook without burning).
Flip the donuts as soon as they are golden on one side.
Step out the donuts on a plate covered with absorbent paper to wash away excess oil.
Sprinkle donuts with icing sugar. Apple Doughnuts can be served hot
