Steak with garlic butter and potatoes in a frying pan

Ingredients:

• 2-4 small steaks see note.
• Salt and pepper to taste.
Garlic powder as desired.
• 1 tablespoon olive oil.
• 2-4 pounds of new potatoes, cut into cubes.
• 2-6 tablespoons salted butter, mashed with a fork, plus 1 tablespoon for steaks and 2 teaspoons for potatoes.
• 2 teaspoons minced garlic.
• 1 teaspoon dried herb mix.
• 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme.
• 1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley.

Directions:

• Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. A small dish containing butter, garlic, and dry herbs should be set aside… Season the steaks on both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
• Place the skillet over medium to high heat and spray with oil. Roast the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side, until nice and golden.
It should be placed on a dish and put away.
•Season potatoes generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then cook until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. Return the steaks to the opposite side of the pan while the potatoes are pushed to one side.
• Cook for 15-20 minutes in the oven, until the potatoes, are soft and the steaks are cooked to your liking.
•Put the garlic butter handle on each steak and the rest on the potatoes as soon as it comes out of the oven and allow it to melt on the food. before flipping the potatoes to cover with the butter then season with the chopped thyme and parsley before serving.
