- 1 kilo minced meat
- 150 grams of onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 c. chopped parsley
- 0.5 c. cumin powder
- 40 gm unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Peel the onions and chop them into coarse pieces.
Peel and chop garlic.
Combine ground beef, minced onion, minced garlic, minced parsley, and ground cumin in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Using your hands, form about 10-12 balls of lotion. Arrange the meatballs as you go on the plate.
Heat the soft butter and olive oil in a saucepan.
Place the meatballs inside and cook for 15 minutes over low heat, turning regularly.
Serve the meatballs immediately with white rice or semolina and homemade tomato cole.
